Went here for a Disney vacation and it was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the place looked very nice and new. Disney was really close by and the plaza right next to the hotel was really convenient. Overall this hotel was really good 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. Clean and well cared for. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit and lots more. Uber was about $12 to Epcot and Magic Kingdom plus the offer a free shuttle us. Well worth the money! Heated pool and work out room.

Close proximity to all four Disney parks. Super spacious rooms. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed hotel. I didn’t partake in the free daily breakfast but It was always hustling and bustling when I would head to the parks. Pool and other amenities onsite. Bed is so comfy. Water pressure was perfect. I have no complaints and will likely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with large lobby and common areas. Very new and spacious rooms. Large pool area with BBQ grills and outdoor seating for families and large groups. Front desk service was adequate, although not overly friendly or attwntive. Front desk can improve a bit to match the quality of the property.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s a very nice hotel. I was there for business, but it’s very close to the Disney parks. Rooms are very clean, and the hotel is quiet. Only thing I don’t like is the lack of meat alternatives. Every time I stay here they only have pork breakfast meat. Hopefully at some point chicken sausage will be available consistently. Another good thing is that the mattresses are zipped up.

This was our first time staying at this location and definitely won’t be the last. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was excellent! Great location to all the parks. The staff was great and a special thank you to Rory the Assistant General Manager.

Literally the worst customer service possible. They completely messed up my reservation, decided to cancel my booking completely, claim they over booked the type of room I needed but didn’t notify me of this. Also didn’t notify me they were transferring my reservation to a completely different hotel. They claimed this hotel had the exact same room I booked with them, which was 1000000% not accurate. I had girls sleeping on the floor at this other hotel. Homewood suites manager told me I could have looked elsewhere for a hotel that could have accommodations for all 6 of my girls to have a bed to sleep in. WHICH IS NOT TRUE considering they didn’t tell me of my reservation being transferred to this new hotel before hand when they did it. I found out at almost midnight when they told me my booking was cancelled and again at 12:30am when they decided to call me to tell me they didn’t look at my information to see that my reservation got transferred to a new hotel. Overall, terrible customer service not taking action or accountability for how they completely messed up everything and ultimately made people sleep on a hotel floor. BOYCOT HILTON HOTELS. :) I’ll be staying at Disney resorts from here on out.
